Spark Joy and Ridgecrest students will get an opportunity to learn interesting topics and see demonstrations that show off physics as a discipline. This trip IS NOT open to the public. Ms. Patricia and Ms. Alexis are willing to provide transportation to older students attending this trip while younger students remain at co-op. Adventure Science Center in Nashville: Rescheduled for March 16 @ 10:30 AM due to snow in January. I have a ticket for ONE adult and ONE child due to a family being unable to attend the new date. I could not get a refund for the individual tickets purchased. I would love to find someone willing to grab them up. $20 for the pair. School 10AM - 2PM Feb 6 topic: Air pressure, Gyroscopes, Balance, and Gravity We will explore and play with various toys to learn physics principles. This will be a fun and educational opportunity to explore physics. Any family interested in volunteering for this mission can register on our sign up roster. The roster will be updated each month when Rifa schedules the drop off. Boxing, gymnastics, and archery! Archery is $150 for the season. That includes a team shirt. Ages 5 and up. Starting March. We practice every Thursday 5:30-7:00 at Chickasaw state park. We will learn the basics and fundamentals of handling and shooting a bow. And learning to aim at targets. We will do awards at the end and compete within the team.
