We are a secular homeschool organization with strong core values including: respect, integrity, and selfless community service.

We do not align with any political affiliation or specific religion.

We believe homeschool should be co-operative and affordable. We are a child led parent facilitated program. Parents must take an active role in our programs. We believe in building lasting relationships. We are not a drop-off program.

We offer: Forest School, Academic classes, field trips, and community service.

We see the learner as a rounded whole person. It’s not about learning math or vocabulary, but instead inspiring desire for lifelong learning and creating independent thinkers. We’re multidisciplinary and holistic.

Kindness Policy

We believe that to preserve the function and integrity of Spark Joy Homeschool Co-op, and to provide a role model to our students and the community, it is imperative that all persons participating in Spark Joy Homeschool Co-op in any capacity, agree to a kindness policy. We will always treat others as we wish to be treated.

At Spark Joy Homeschool Co-op, we believe that every person must be afforded compassion, love, kindness, respect, and dignity. Hateful and harassing behavior or attitudes directed toward any individual are prohibited. By participating in Spark Joy Co-op members agree to this statement: At Spark Joy Homeschool Co-op everyone must refrain from harassing behavior and from practicing or promoting such unacceptable forms of behavior.
